New Project Presented at Porto

University

The University of Debrecen is running several programs which help students get a job after graduation. One of these projects is called “The Green Energy Collaborate for Higher Education” (Zöld Energia Felsőoktatási Együttműködés), which includes five Hungarian institutions.

The aim of the program is to improve higher educational trainings in accordance with the expectations of small, medium and large businesses, which can be achieved by curriculum development and the inclusion professionals.

A new program – a so called dual training – , which has been successfully operating in Germany, was launched in Hungary recently. Orsolya Gregán, project manager of the University presented this program in Porto, at a one-week study tour. Thirteen countries shared their own experience in this field. The professional then visited local schools, universities and entrepreneur-supporting institutions. According to Orsolya Gregán, Portugal and Hungary are similar in many respects, so it is good to know about each other’s good practices.
