Two men were walking their dog behind the Tocoskert residental area where they found a dead baby girl wrapped into a plastic bag at the Toco stream.
They called the paramedics who arrived to the scene in a couple of minutes and were able to establish the fact of death only.
Only the forensic investigation will be able to answer the question, that she was healthy born.
