Debrecen Police have ordered a warrant of caption against Sandor Kaplonyi a 36years old Debrecen resident.
Against him currently there are two arrest warrants and the enforcement department of Hajdu-Bihar County
Court is looking for him because he have not started his custodial sentence.
He is a suspect of two theft cases committed on the Halasi and Korso streets in November 2009 and one theft
from a car on Dobo street in August 2009.
Police have not found him on his address and place of residents, so they asking the help of citizens.
