Between October 18 and November 7 interviewers knocking around 4400 doors in Debrecen. The trial survey aimed to assess the activity of the population and the accuracy of the questionnaire.
The Central Statistical Office`s employees will do the testing in the coming weeks. Széchenyikert, Postakertben, Hatvan utcai kert and Vargakert residents are affected in the survey. The aim of the test is the screening of the possible methodological errors before the next census. A survey of housing, schooling, religion and nationality issues included. A 4-page questionnaire on housing, among other things asked for the floor area, purpose, masonry, heating and modernization etc.
The data is voluntary, and only for statistical purposes.
The office`s enumerators personally informed the residents of the selected districts / 8000 citizens.
Who do not send their answers via the Internet will be visited by enumerators during the period.
But there will be chance to hand over the previously completed questionnaires too. The questionnaires
will be also completed giving answers to the questions of the enumerators.
