The project has two phases: first, the restaurant will open and than the hotel. During the almost year-long excavation an extremely valuable historical walled open kitchen and chimney found which will wait for the visitors as a "mini museum". The building has a serious historical value because this was the home of Samuel Dioszeghy the first post director of the city. It also housed the first post office in Debrecen.
