The organizers of Campus Festival have announced the most famous band to perform in Nagyerdei Stadium. The Finnish Apocalyptica is the only band in the world which consists of professional and graduated classical cellists. They have showed the world how to create a transition between classical music and heavy metal without either of those losing its characteristic values. Their first album (Plays Metallica by Four Cellos) was published in 1996; since then, they have published six other albums with -besides own songs- covers of Sepultura, Pantera, Slayer, Rammstein, Edvard Grieg, David Bowie.
The band is playing in Debrecen on 28 July.
