György Paragh, president of Medical and Health Science Centre, University of Debrecen initiated the development of a title, “Europe’s Health Capital”.
According to Professor Paragh, the title would go to the city, which is doing more and more for the efficiency of healing, prevention of diseases, rehabilitations, support of healthy lifestyle, spreading healthy food.
