A man who murdered his wife was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Courthouse of Debrecen.
The defendant and his wife got drunk in their home in 2011. After the wife went to bed, the man decided to buy more liqueurs. Returning from the store, he wanted to have sexual intercourse with the woman and put her on a chair. Unfortunately the women fell down from the chair and broke her spine.
The defendant became more and more aggressive; he assaulted her until she died.
The defendant and his pleader appealed against the verdict.
