The phoenix fountain on Kossuth Square is 12 years old.
The famous 18-diameter fountain can produce 4 different types of water plays and also plays music. Besides the phoenix statue, the fountain visualizes the Settlement of the Magyars in Hungary and it also has an underside, where visitors can go for a refreshing staring.
The composition that had cost 36 million Forints decorates the main square of Debrecen from 12 years.
