Lone Scherfig’s drama from 2009 entitled An Education is a coming-of-age story of a teenager girl, Jenny living in 1960’s London. The story was based on the memoirs of a British journalist, Lynn Barber and the screenplay was written by Nick Hornby.
An Education’s premiere was at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival and it was welcome by both critics and the audience.
