The police caught four people and took another thirty-six to various police stations in Hajdú-Bihar County yesterday.
Three perpetrators were caught in the act of committing crimes and another one was taken into custody on the basis of a warrant for arrest issued by the court of Debrecen. Fifteen people were taken to police stations as suspects.
There were two traffic accidents from which one was fatal and one resulted in serious injuries.
A 63 year old woman was caught stealing a bottle of liqueur in a store in Hajdúböszörmény. After the security guards called the police, the woman was taken to the police station where a procedure was initiated against her on reasonable suspicion of theft.
