A 40-year-old man was taken into custody for selling marijuana to foreign students of the university.
The police have had information about the 40-year-old Zsolt M.’s drug dealing activity so detectives went to his house with Zizi, the trailing dog on 19 June.
0,5 kg of marijuana, mobile phones, cash and a BB gun were found and confiscated by the police.
A procedure was initiated against the perpetrator on reasonable suspicion of drug trafficking.
Two foreign men, a Syrian and a Swedish one, were also taken to the police station. During the investigation it turned out that both of them were regular customers of Zsolt M. Their apartments on Bem Tér and on Egyetem Sugárút were also searched by the police; marijuana and white powder were found and confiscated. Procedures were initiated against the 20 and 25 years old men on reasonable suspicion of drug possession.
