Debrecen Culture Centre was promoting the values and specialities of Debrecen at the IV. Grey Cattle Festival in Harsány. Debrecen Folk Society presented folk dances of the region and visitors were shown different kinds of artifacts from Debrecen and Hajdú-Bihar county.
