The Hungarian Society for Microbiology awarded Karaffa Levente, Assoc. Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemical Engineering of the University of Debrecen, with the Manninger Rezső Medallion.
The Hungarian Society for Microbiology founded the Manninger Rezső Medallion in 1974. The medallion is given to those society members, who are acknowledged internationally and participate actively in the society’s life.
Karaffa Levente was awarded in Keszthely in the confines of a conference that was held on 19-21 October.
