According to HVG the price of bread is about to rise by 30%.There is a need for increase salaries in the baking industry, therefore the price of bread is about to rise by 30% – said József Septe, head of the Hungarian Baker Association.
Salaries of bakers are going to increase from January, 2017 in the baking industry. Every bakery should decide about the date when they want to raise the prices.
József Septe also said that about 3000 bakers are missing from Hungarian baking industry; they fled abroad to work for better payments.
