A 59-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure.
The 59-year-old man parked his car in Debrecen Apafa on 5 November 2017. He got out from the car and started to masturbate in front of a woman who was walking there. When the woman ran away, the man followed her by car.
Thanks to a thorough investigation, the police have managed to identify and catch the perpetrator on 7 November 2017.
A procedure was initiated against him on reasonable suspicion of indecent exposure.
