Amber weather alerts were issued by the Hungarian Meteorology Service for Budapest and Pest County, Bács-Kiskun, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok and Nógrád counties, red alerts for Baranya, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Tolna, Vas and Zala.
