Others say that it is enough to have a perfect product to make it fit into the USA market. What would you say if it is not that easy as it seems? It is a well-known fact that there is a huge difference between the American and Hungarian cultures, in private lives and business as well. In order to move to USA, whether it’s business or private life, one of the most important steps is to acquire knowledge about USA cultural flows, values and habits.
This presentation will teach what the biggest differences are between the Hungarian and USA cultures in terms of values and routines which have a great impact when it comes to business or private life. Understanding American people is the most important factor which determines the future success. Based on the personal experience you will learn how to overcome the boundaries caused by the cultural differences between Hungary and USA in order to establish private life or business in USA one day.

Bio: Nicole Mezei is the CEO of OptiMonk. She has been working in the e-commerce field for nearly 7 years. During this time, she helped to get started more than 100 e-commerce stores. She also supported them to become profitable, successful businesses and achieve outstanding results in their industry.
Nicole joined the OptiMonk team at the launch of the service in February 2014. Since then, it has helped many domestic and international websites with conversion optimization.
Nicole believes that a good method helps to recover the abandoning visitors and that the best results can be achieved on each website if we find the right way.
She has been a member of Innonic for 6,5 years, started as a customer success manager at Shoprenter. Then continued with customer success manager position at OptiMonk which led her to become the head of sales of the team. As the next step, Nicole became the CSO of Innonic and finally the CEO of OptiMonk.
