This week, on the 1st of December, we celebrate the first Sunday of Advent. There are going to be traffic restrictions on both tram lines due to the Advent march.
DKV has announced some traffic restrictions on both tram lines this Sunday between 4:50 pm and 5:30 pm, between Városháza and Kelvin tér stops:
Tram 1-2: Nagyállomás – Szent Anna utca – Nagyállomás
Tram 1: Kálvin tér – Egyetem – Kálvin tér
Tram 2: Kálvin tér – Doberdó utca – Kálvin tér
Trams are not going to carry passengers between Szent Anna utca and Kálvin tér. The entire tram line 1 and 2 can only be used by interchange. Passengers can change to the university / Doberdó utca at Kálvin tér, and to the Nagyállomás at Szent Anna utca. The validated tickets can be used after the transfer, but must be validated on both vehicles.
