Today is our national holiday.
The national flag was hoisted in front of Parliament on 15th March. The ceremony was attended by President János Áder and House Speaker László Kövér.
The event was attended by only a few people in Kossuth Square, Budapest. All other central events, including Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s speech, have been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
