A special exhibition opened in Kölcsey Centre. Bényi Árpád Hall – attuned to the carnival – was filled with flower paintings by artist Viola Boros.
The exhibition called „Own Eden II” has two parts: details, petals and leaves appear even more intense in the paintings in the neon light in the inner part of the hall. The artist gets inspiration from the plants in her own garden, she works with acrylic on canvas and paper.
Vice Mayor István Puskás said at the opening held on 13 August 2020: „whoever visits the exhibition will find immensely exciting and very contemporary solutions through which we have the opportunity to meet very fresh and top quality culture” – pointed out the Vice Mayor.
The exhibition can be visited for free in Kölcsey Centre’s Bényi Árpád Hall until 9 September 2020.
