A Romanian citizen applied for entry at the Nagykereki Motorway Border Crossing on 12 January 2021 at around 16:30. The police checked the man’s documents, and it turned out that the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Police Headquarters had issued an arrest warrant against him for a well-founded suspicion of committing a crime of human trafficking.
The officers caught the 33-year-old man and then took him to the Biharkeresztes Police Station, where investigators detained him.
