On January 20, Debreciner published a recording showing that a BMW was drifting on the Debrecen section of Main Road No. 4. The Debrecen Police Headquarters was also informed of the case, and due to the suspicion of an infringement, proceedings were initiated against an unknown person.
Officers identified the exact location and driver of the vehicle based on the recording. The resident of Hajdúböszörmény was questioned by the police and prosecuted for rioting. The 18-year-old admitted he was driving the car.
