A train “stepped” off the rails at Nyugati railway station on Thursday morning, which means that there will be restrictions on train traffic at the railway station, as well as on the Nyíregyháza, Lajosmizse and Szeged lines, Mávinform told MTI.
The journey time on the Budapest-Cegléd-Debrecen-Nyíregyháza-Záhony line would increase by 20-30 minutes.
Local passenger trains in Monor and trains in Lajosmizse depart from and arrive at Kőbánya-Kispest.
The InterCity and high-speed trains in Nyíregyháza, Debrecen run on the bypass by touching Újszász-Szolnok, and their journey time is extended by 20-30 minutes.
Trains from Szeged run to Cegléd and from there return to Szeged. Passengers can travel on the suburban trains of Cegléd and Szolnok, the transfer in Cegléd is provided in both directions.
The S36 trains from Martonvásár and the G43 from Székesfehérvár depart from Kelenföld instead of Kőbánya-Kispest and arrive there.
On the Esztergom line, trains run between Angyalföld and Piliscsaba and Angyalföld and Esztergom, from there they only come to Angyalföld instead of the Western Railway Station.
