The truck drifted off the road, collided with a tree, and overturned a semi-trailer on the section of Main Road 42 between Földes and Báránd, near the 20th kilometer, on Tuesday morning, the county disaster management announced.
The driver of the vehicle could not get out. The professional firefighters of Püspökladány carried out the technical rescue, freed him with a tension cutter and then handed him over to the ambulances. The traffic on the affected road section was disrupted.
