One elderly chronically ill Covid-19 patient died over the past 24 hours, while 69 new infections were registered, koronavirus.gov.hu said on Thursday.
So far 5,445,544 people have received a first Covid jab, while 4,657,776 have been fully vaccinated. The number of active infections has declined to 41,018, while hospitals are treating 215 Covid patients, 30 of whom need respiratory assistance. There are 2,973 people in official quarantine, while 6,083,248 tests have been officially carried out. Since the first outbreak, 807,844 infections have been registered, while fatalities have risen to 29,972. Fully 736,854 people have made a recovery.
