The district commissioners served in Debrecen on the afternoon of November 28, 2021, when a car was stopped in Nagy Antal Street in Budai. The officers checked the driver’s data, and it turned out that the Szombathely District Court had issued an arrest warrant for the execution of a prison sentence for the purpose of enforcing a prison sentence. The police also established that the Debrecen District Court had banned the man from driving.
The district commissioners arrested the 25-year-old local resident and then transferred him to the Hajdú-Bihar County Penitentiary after questioning the suspect.
