Police in Biharkeres have learned that a 30-year-old man from Berekböszörmény is selling a new psychoactive substance and drug in the village and surrounding settlements. Investigators carried out detailed data collection and collected a number of pieces of evidence against Árpád S. and his son, H. Arnold, and then arrested them on December 19, 2021, and took them to the police station.

Mapping their relationship system resulted in the arrest of two more drug dealers. An amphetamine derivative was regularly purchased from R. Sándor of Biharkeresztes and a new psychoactive substance from G. József of Magyarhomorog on a regular basis for resale. Police conducted searches at several locations. White powder, drug-suspected plant debris, and supplies needed to measure and package them were found and seized.

The investigators interrogated all four men as suspects, then took them into criminal custody and filed a motion for their arrest, which was ordered by the competent district court on December 22, 2021, in the case of Árpád S., Sándor R., and G. József, while H. Arnold decided on criminal supervision.

Police also seized cash and gold from men without legal income as part of asset recovery.

The Biharkeresztes Police Police initiated criminal proceedings against the father and his son for a well-founded suspicion of drug trafficking and abuse of a new psychoactive substance, while Sándor R. was responsible for drug trafficking and József G. was responsible for a crime involving a new psychoactive substance.
