On Sunday, December 26, between 11:00 and 12:00, in the area in front of the underpass in Petőfi Square, the Debrecen Women’s Public Association awaits those in need with festive hot food.
Their announcement reveals that, in accordance with the long-standing tradition, the next day of the holiday, the needy living in the city, the families working from the public works, the lonely retirees, and the compatriots living on the streets will be invited to get food.
Their team is trying to make this period more beautiful with a festive menu.
The date of the Christmas food distribution is Sunday, December 26, 2021. 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. The place of food distribution: Debrecen, Petőfi tér, the area in front of the subway.
Unfortunately, our possibilities are limited, so we can accommodate 150 of our fellow human beings – read the announcement.
In view of the coronavirus epidemic, everyone is asked to wear a mask. and also keep a safe distance from each other.
Those who have the opportunity to do so – whether with financial support but also with food, poppy seed roll, cakes, children’s toys, books – are asked to contribute to the festive food distribution.
