The National Center for Public Health has updated its vaccination recommendations – writes hvg.hu.
The most important change is that
going through the coronavirus infection without vaccination does not qualify as immunization, and the full vaccination line must be given in all cases.
In this case, there is no need to wait between infection and vaccination, everyone can be vaccinated immediately after recovery, and even in the case of asymptomatic infection, a PCR test is not required.
Additional provisions:
- The vaccine given as a booster dose is selected by your doctor based on professional considerations.
- In the modern case, a booster dose can only be given in half.
- After the first two vaccinations, it is recommended that four to six months pass before the booster dose.
- Exemption from vaccination 3 cannot be requested.
- The third vaccination for 12-17-year-olds is also recommended.
A third vaccination is also recommended in immunocompromised patients and in those receiving immunosuppressive and immunomodulatory therapy. Data collection on immunization of the immunocompromised is ongoing.
A fourth vaccination is not yet considered warranted and data are still being collected.
