The Criminal Department of the Hajdúhadháza Police Department conducted criminal proceedings against a man who was driving his car in April and May 2022, despite the fact that the Debrecen District Court banned him from driving for several months.
The police officers arrested the man once in Hajdúhadház and twice in Debrecen. He was interrogated as a suspect due to the well-founded suspicion of three counts of driving while disqualified, during which he confessed.
The police carried out the necessary procedural actions and sent the resulting documents to the competent prosecutor’s office, informed the Hajdú-Bihar County Police Headquarters.
