63 graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Debrecen received their diplomas in the Dísudvar of the main building of the institution on Saturday afternoon. The faculty’s awards and recognitions were also presented at the event.
The Covid-19 epidemic introduced us, teachers and students, to the concept of online and hybrid education. In recent years, the government has transformed the structure of higher education, so we continue our activities in the form of a foundation. This requires more freedom, but more responsible operation and strategic thinking. This year, the Russian-Ukrainian war brings new challenges. We look to the future with anxiety, but still with hope, we have many plans, and we are preparing for tomorrow
– declared Miklós Vecsernyés, dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at the graduation ceremony.
At the Faculty of Pharmacy this academic year, a total of 63 candidates, 46 Hungarian and 17 foreign nationals met the prescribed requirements, so they were ordained as doctors of pharmacy.
