Fully 6,317 people crossed into Hungary directly from Ukraine on Saturday, while another 6,404 crossed from Romania, the National Police Headquarters (ORFK) said.
Police issued temporary residence permits valid for thirty days to 237 people, ORFK told MTI on Sunday. A total of 112 people, 45 of them children, arrived in Budapest by train, ORFK said.
