Recipe of egg salad
Ingredients
- 8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of cayenne
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Gently fold together ingredients with a spatula until combined.
Makes enough egg salad for 4-6 sandwiches
