Heavenly Creatures (1994) by the American film director, Peter Jackson is a tragic story of two school girls who are separated by their parents. The movie is based on a true story; the notorious Parker-Hulme murder back in 1954 in New Zealand.
Heavenly Creatures was one of the best recieved films in 1994 and it was screened at the 51st Venice International Film Festival.
