Employees and guests of Rádi Bakery and Café organized a book collecting Christmas charity programme for elderly people.Every guest who left a book at Rádi Bakery and Café received a coffe for free during the period before Christmas. Rádi Bakery managed to collect almost a hundred new and second-hand books as part of their Christmas charity programme.
The year of 2016 was the centenary of the well-known local author, Magda Szabó’s birthday, so it is a pleasure that the first and last donated books were novels of the local writer.
The donation was handed over to retired residents of the Institute for Elderly People on Pallagi street, Debrecen on the 22nd of December.
