András just has turned fifty. His birthday party does not work out as he planned, moreover, his partner Nóra, who is twenty years younger, throws over him. Then, unexpected, dramatic and grotesque events follow each other: András meets Tibi, who bullied him at school forty years ago, he meets Piroska, a sex addict pensioner, and István, Piroska’s son who became sectarian, he gets acquainted with Irén, the cashier who writes philosophical studies, with Carmen the prostitute who is a “perfect dream”, and with her iron-fisted pimp, Sanyi. At the end of the day, András finds himself in the role of a “hero” in an unfamiliar apartment with a broken beer bottle that can be used as a weapon.
