Program: Sightseeing in the Forest… thematic sightseeing tour for everyone on Saturday.
At the beginning of September, the Explore Debrecen tourist service launched special thematic sightseeing tours in the city. This time, they will take you to the Big Forest. At the program, Nóra Erdei will guide the tourists during a pleasant afternoon walk, and they will learn about the history and sights of the Big Forest, which was the first nature conservation area in Hungary.
Anyone can apply for the two-hour-long walk, however registration is needed: exploredebrecen@gmail.com
Taking part in the walk costs 1000 HuF (it is free under the age of six).
The thematic sightseeing tours are scheduled to continue in October with Jewish heritage and architectural themes in the city.
