Latest round of EY – World Entrepreneur of the Year was organized yesterday (30th of November) in Budapest.Hungarian businessman József Váradi (CEO of Wizz Air) was given the main prize of the latest round of the world contest EY – World Entrepreneur of the Year. Thus, he will represent Hungary in the final competition in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.
Yesterday’s event was organized in Budapest. László Bárány with his son László Bárány Jr. (Master Good) and Antal Szabó founder of Poli-Farbe were also taking part in the contest.
The jury of business representatives also gave special awards to some of the competitors: Anita Benes founder and leading designer of Daalarna fashion brand, István Lám managing director of Tresorit, Balázs Rózsa founder of Femtonics the microscope manufacturing company and László Szilassy head of Gamma Digital were also awarded at the event.
