The forint hit another historic low against the major currencies in the interbank market at dawn on Monday (7th March).
The euro stood at HUF 387.94 at six o’clock in the morning, higher than (HUF 385.72) on Friday night. It was also at a historical peak of HUF 388.19 at dawn.
The Swiss franc rose from HUF 384.51 to HUF 387.55, after standing at a record level of HUF 388.29.
The exchange rate of the dollar rose from HUF 353.26 to HUF 356.52, but was also higher, at a peak of HUF 357.38.
