The American actor visited the war-torn Ukraine, where he also met with the president.
Zelensky also posted a two-minute video about the meeting on Facebook showing how he receives the actor in his office, Blikk noticed. The President of Ukraine is very pleased that so many people are supporting them all over the world. He wrote next to his video:
“Ukrainians feel the support of the whole world, many famous people. And Ben Stiller’s visit once again confirms this. Your trip to Irpin and Makarov, meetings with our people say a lot. We appreciate that you are here at this difficult time for our country.”
Ben Stiller is not the first American world star to visit Ukraine. In the spring, Angelina Jolie walked in the door of a Ukrainian cafe, but Sean Penn also spent months in the country, which he then left on foot.
