Kis Padlizsán, one of Debrecen’s well-known vegetarian/vegan restaurants, will close for good on October 5th.
According to the owners, the past seven and a half years have been a miracle, but the last three years have brought many challenges. The sad decision was made after a long deliberation.
“Thank you very much for accompanying us through the life of Kis Padlizsán! Thank you for being with us up to this point, for being open to us, and for supporting us on this difficult ‘field’! It is also unbelievable to us that since 2016 everything around us has happened at an almost incomprehensible pace. We tried to give you something that you were hungry for and that really fills a gap in the sky of Debrecen’s gastronomy” – they wrote.
They reminded also that the restaurant will be open this week, waiting for its guests until 9:00 p.m. on October 5th.
