The body of the 86-year-old lawyer was found in his apartment in downtown New York on Monday, the cause of her death is currently being investigated, according to the official information.

Maryanne Trump Barry retired as a federal appeals court judge in 2019. The lawyer was a deputy prosecutor in the 1970s, then in the 1980s President Ronald Reagan appointed her a federal judge, and in the 1990s President Bill Clinton nominated her to the federal appeals court.

In 2016, Donald Trump described his sister as a well-respected and respected judge, but at the same time stated that they disagree on public issues. Donald Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., said on Monday that the loss of his aunt, whose son and cousin he is good friends with, was a “hard day” for him and his family. Donald Trump’s son appeared as a defense witness on Monday at the hearing of the civil lawsuit against his father, brother and himself in New York, which may also decide the future of Trump’s businesses.
