Azerbaijan Attacked Nagorno-Karabakh, Inhabited Mostly by Christian Armenians – the Council of Europe Demands an Immediate Ceasefire

The Strasbourg-based 46-member Council of Europe condemned Azerbaijan’s “aggressive military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh” and called for an immediate ceasefire.
