The suspect previously enabled two homeless persons to live in his flat but in the afternoon of the 16th of May he called upon the two homeless persons to leave his property immediately.
The 45 years-old man and the 49 years-old woman refused his will.
After the prior hassle the flat owner lit the mattress with a newspaperunder the homeless man who was lying on his bed. The homeless woman and a neighbour pulled him out from the building. Ambulance took the two homeless persons to the hospital with suspected smoke poisoning, but they found no injuries.
Immediate Police action was taken against a 54 years old landlord. The proceedings against the suspect continues.
