Thefts stole 4 catalytic converter in Debrecen. Police received three notifications on October 19 morning and another one on the next day that during the night unknown perpetrators cut and stole the catalytic converters off from the exhausts of four light trucks.
The value of these converters are around 200 000 Huf but thr truck owners have to buy new ones to replace so their loss could be double of
that amount, said County Police`s spokesman.
Lieutenant Eva Kelemen reported that large forces of police staff are
investigating and searching for the perpetrators and want to capture them
as soon as possible. The spokesman noted: that this is the first such crime in Debrecen.
