The „government windows” are the places of customer service of the government departments that were founded on 1st January, 2011.
Among a number of things, clients can apply for family allowances, maternity benefits, they can ask for an electronic copy of documents for proving ownership, and those working here give information about the places of administrative management.
„The government window is a set of services dealing with clients. We can provide information about any kind of official business: where people have to go, what they have to do to if they have any business with the government.”-says Robert Racz, leader of the HajdúuBihar county government department.
The „government windows” are open from Monday to Friday, between 8 am. and 8 pm in Darabos Street 9-11.
