Due to reorganizations, the head office of the Northern Plain Regional Directorate of the Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard is going to move to Debrecen from Nyíregyháza.
An important aspect of the reorganization was the preservation of the professional and human values of the organization. The leaders of NAV are trying to find a position for every employee even in the changed circumstances so the transition will not be accompanied by redundancy. The workers are guaranteed to keep their jobs after the transfer takes place. In order to prevent personal injury, NAV will provide group transport to its employees. The authority is taking steps in order that those positions that fall vacant at the county directorate could be taken by the commuting employees, especially those who have children.
