Most opportunities were offered in the pharmaceutical, financial and technical fields. Those who haven’t graduated yet were eligible for scholarships and internship programmes which might greatly advance job seeking in the future. “Students can go to these companies to see and try the possibilities there and after getting more information they can decide if they want to have a job there or not.”- Rector István Fábián explained.
Every company and advisory agency stressed that nowadays getting a diploma is not enough for career development; you have to be conscious about job seeking. “Only those can be successful who prepare themselves for the life ahead and for this, a diploma is not enough but from the beginning, everyone should consciously plan career development.”- said main organizer Noémi Zsupányi.
Thousands of people visited this year’s job fair. According to the organizers, besides finding a job, it also means a success if the prospective candidates can contact the companies in person.
