The building of the second tram line continues at Hunyadi Street and its intersection with Péterfia Street.
The works on public utilities under the future tram line will be on until 16 August. At the mentioned intersection and on Hunyadi Street (to Darabos Street) there is a shift of lanes and traffic restrictions. Darabos Street can only be accessed from Honvéd or Thaly Kálmán Street. The bus stop at Debrecen Plaza has been relocated to the other side of the intersection, opposite of the stop called "Tanítóképző Főiskola". From the direction of Péterfia Street, there is only one traffic lane, resulting in huge traffic jams during the day. More information can be found at www.2-esvillamos.hu and www.dkv.hu.
